TwitPic Exporter BETA

Just a heads up that a few people are reporting issues with the 3 bars getting stuck when trying to grab your pictures from TwitPic.

I have actually rewritten TwitPic Exporter from the ground up but just haven't had a change to run full testing before I update the current site. In the rewrite I have taken a different approach which means that this problem will not occur in the new update.

Everything is simplified...
You sign in... watch one bar go across the screen and then it gives you options. :)

Before anyone asks the release date is not certain as I have multiple things on the go and testing will take a little while as so many importers to test out.

Well finally TwitPic Exporter is back up and running.
Sorry about the delay but just haven't had the time lately to sit down and fix the scraper due to TwitPic having a redesign.

I have tested all the importers and apart from Posterous being removed (explained below) everything else is now back up and running.

I have removed the Posterous importing part because a) they have just been acquired by Twitter and b) they have made changes to the Poserous API.

This new design breaks my twitpic exporting feature completely.

Unfortunately due to work and family commitments I am afraid that getting this fixed before the weekend is probably not going to happen. If anything changes I will update here or alternately you can follow me on twitter for the latest updates.

Great news everyone we have now moved to a new host
Didn't have a chance to commit the updates and test them so will be doing it tomorrow

Ok I have applied a big update to all the importers. Generally it was due to duplicate pictures being uploaded and people having trouble with associated text not being imported properly. I need to make it clear that it was only a small number of users that it effected but thought it was best to take the importers down until the issues were fixed.
I will be keeping an eye out for errors and seriously if you have any issue or feel a problem might be occurring then let me know ASAP and I will sort if for you and fix it for the rest.

No more duplicate status error when you refresh the page during import
Added switch - when the server is under strain it will skip twitter for specific time and dates
